More than 30 years in securities and capital markets.
Jess E Mogul spent approximately three decades on the sell side, including managing institutional trading desks, before focusing on investing through Mank Capital. Today, he invests across public and private markets, with experience in small-cap equities, private placements, structured financings, and special situations.
His background as both a trader and principal investor brings a practical understanding of liquidity, market structure, financing terms, capital structures, and execution.
